Once you have been onboarded as a CB+ member, you will receive a log-in link for CB Connect. You can then either add a password to your account, or use the “email me a one-time log-in code”, if you get logged out.
As part of the onboarding process, you will receive a dedicated email with instructions.
It’s possible that no newsletters have been sent since you signed up. You may need to wait 24 hours before receiving the next Antalya Briefing or Daily Briefing+. The Radar is sent monthly.
Yes. You can turn off auto-renew or cancel your subscription directly from your member account page. Your account will then stay active until the end of that month’s billing period.
Yes. Log in to your member account, locate your active subscription under your subscriptions page and select the option to change or upgrade your plan.
Yes, you can update your saved payment method and billing details inside your member account settings.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe, supporting major credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Check your browser’s security settings. Our membership software won’t work if you’ve disabled third-party cookies. Either change your settings or use another browser. Incognito/private browser modes are not supported due to increased limitations that those modes introduce for security purposes.
Passwords are not required for your membership account. On our CB+ sign-in page, enter your email address and click “Continue”. If you haven’t created a password, we’ll send you an email with a link you can click, plus a code you can enter to sign in. The link and the code can only be used once and they expire after 24 hours.
If you prefer to create a password, or if you ever need to reset it, there is a link to create a password in the sign-in email and in the confirmation page after requesting a sign-in email.
To ensure the password resetting process is secure:
Password creation/reset links automatically expire after 48 hours.
Password creation/reset links can only be used once. If you click the link, and set your password, the link becomes invalid.
If the link becomes invalid, delete the old reset email and restart the process from the beginning.
Log in to your CB+ account dashboard via our homepage to update your profile details and email address.
Yes. You can add an image to personalise your account. Log in to your account and click on “Avatar”. Click “Choose File”, then select a PNG or JPEG image up to 5MB. The image will be cropped to a circle. Click “Save”. If you do not upload a profile picture, your avatar displays your initials instead.
